Federico Magliano was born in Turin on June 3rd 1983.
He graduated in Law (Università di Torino) in 2008 with a score of 110/110 cum laude, with a thesis entitled “Capital stock: creditors’ protection, efficiency and new perspectives for Europe”, thesis director prof. Paolo Montalenti.

He is member of the Turin Bar since 2011.
