Professor Toti S. Musumeci was born in Pesaro on June 24th 1958.
After graduating from high school, at the age of 23 he graduated in law (Università di Torino) with a score of 110/110 cum laude, with a thesis entitled “The European Council”.
He carried out the legal practice at the avvocatura dello stato of Turin, in 1982.
He is member of the Turin bar since 1984 qualified to represent before the Corte di Cassazione and the Italian high courts.
He was funding partner of Paolo Emilio Ferreri law firm in Turin, where he exercised the legal profession for almost 22 years.
He founded Musumeci, Altara, Desana law firm in 2005.
He mainly handles with corporate, commercial, banking, financial markets, industrial, labor (public and private employment) and administrative law, both as a lawyer, both as arbitrator appointed by the parties or by the competent authority, either as an independent expert. As a lawyer has assisted and assists, even before courts, many public entities (i.e. Regioni, comuni, enti camerali, asl, etc.). He gave its assistance to several public authorities for the purpose of carrying out public procurement procedures by drawing up the contracts to be subscribed at the end of a tender procedure.
On 1996 he was declared winner of the national contest to second-tier university professor (banned dd.mm. July 28, 1990 and October 9, 1990), in Diritto Costituzionale and Istituzioni di Diritto Pubblico, and entered into the role on November 1st, 1996.
He is confirmed associate professor of Diritto Pubblico at Dipartimento di Management of Università di Torino for the courses of Diritto Pubblico dell’Economia, Diritto delle Organizzazioni Pubbliche Economiche and Diritto Commerciale e dell’Economia.
